Every project starts at the slab.

Site preparation, formwork, foundations, and flatwork. Mixes engineered from 3,000 to 4,000 PSI. Expansion joints sawcut on eight-to-twelve-foot centers for Central Valley temperature swing. Every pour designed to hold.

02 · Scope of work

Five trades. One general contractor.

We deliver whole‑house scope so the sequence stays under one roof — literally. Roofing runs alongside our licensed C‑39 partner. Every other trade stays with us, end to end.

Ichi‑Gogo Construction is a 100% woman‑owned general contractor based in Fresno, serving Northern California. We deliver framing, concrete, tile, and outdoor structures start to finish, and roofing alongside our licensed C‑39 partner.

California‑licensed. Built for the Central Valley. The trades run in sequence, the plans are read twice, and the number on the truck is the one you call. Send the plans; we will bid the scope.

05 · Method

Written scope, licensed execution, warranty.

The process is legible. What is being built, why, when — and what documentation follows.

  1. Send the scope.

    Plans, drawings, sketches, or a photo of the site. Response within two business days.

  2. We measure the site.

    Free walk-through. Field measurements taken, code triggers noted, in-scope items confirmed.

  3. Written proposal.

    Line items for materials, labor, and timeline. No mystery charges. Two revisions built in.

  4. Trades run in sequence.

    Concrete cures. Framing stands. Roof goes on with the C-39 partner. Tile and finishes close it out.

  5. Walk-through. Warranty.

    Punch list closed within the week. Warranty documents issued at handover.
